1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Scary Snowman TV website, its content, and any available or in-development features associated with Scary Snowman Social Hub. By using the website or authorizing an integration, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Website and Integration Use

The website presents Scary Snowman TV videos, history, art, music, merchandise, licensing information, promotional materials, and related features. Scary Snowman Social Hub is an in-development integration. Its initial TikTok connection is read-only and, when available, may request permission for basic profile data, extended profile information, account statistics, and public-video listings.

TikTok publishing is disabled. No feature description is a promise that the website or integration has publicly launched or that any feature will remain available.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, Scary Snowman TV and RIPFilms branding, Freaky the Scary Snowman and related characters, original footage, videos, photographs, artwork, music, graphics, text, designs, compilations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Scary Snowman TV, RIPFilms Studios LLC, or their applicable rights holders. All rights are reserved.

Viewing the website does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, monetize, train models on, create derivatives from, or commercially exploit any content. Footage, character, brand, music, art, and promotional uses require separate written permission where applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for information you submit, your username, profile picture, comments, ratings, the confidentiality of your password, the security of your accounts and devices, and ensuring that your use complies with law and third-party platform rules. You represent that you own or have permission to use any uploaded profile picture and that information you provide is accurate. You also represent that you have the rights and authority needed for submitted links, videos, materials, signatures, and licensing requests.

Usernames and uploaded pictures must not impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or mislead visitors about affiliation with Scary Snowman TV. You may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok's connected-app settings. You must not share or attempt to obtain client secrets, access tokens, or other credentials.

5. Third-Party Services and Social Platforms

The website may use or interact with Supabase for email-account authentication, ChatGPT for optional sign-in, and TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, merchandise providers, marketplaces, cryptocurrency data services, and other third parties. Those services are independently operated and governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and decisions. Scary Snowman TV does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, account actions, or data practices.

6. $FROST Information and Financial Risk

Any $FROST information is provided for general informational, community, or entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice; an offer or solicitation; a promise of value, profit, liquidity, utility, or future performance; or a bank, security, equity interest, ownership interest, or guaranteed product.

Digital assets are highly speculative and volatile. Prices, liquidity, access, smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, networks, and regulations can change or fail. You are solely responsible for independent research, professional advice, wallet security, taxes, and any decision to acquire, hold, transfer, or use a digital asset. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.

7. Merchandise, Licensing, and Promotions

Merchandise availability, pricing, shipping, returns, taxes, and fulfillment may be governed by third-party seller terms. Displaying a concept, mockup, character product, partnership idea, clip, or promotional opportunity does not guarantee availability or create an offer.

Footage, media, brand, character, and merchandise licenses require a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties. Promotional statements, audience figures, historical references, dates, and external listings may change or require verification for a specific transaction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the website or integrations; interfere with security or operation; scrape or access data through unauthorized means; reverse engineer protected features; bypass access controls; introduce malware; harass others; impersonate a person or organization; use deceptive usernames or profile pictures; upload sexual, violent, hateful, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or infringing material; falsely claim affiliation; use content without permission; attempt to obtain credentials or tokens; or use the service in violation of platform rules or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The website, content, and integrations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scary Snowman TV disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, and security. Historical and public-source information may be incomplete, and in-development features may change or never launch.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scary Snowman TV, RIPFilms Studios LLC, and their owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; digital-asset losses; third-party platform actions; or unauthorized account access arising from or related to the website or integrations.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Scary Snowman TV for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, systems, service providers, or legal compliance, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the website and may revoke third-party authorization at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum or law.
